Driving fee - Our standard appraisal service includes up to 100 miles of driving. An additional fee is charged to travel outside our service area. Please use www.mapquest.com to determine distance from a starting point of 1417 La Salina Street, Oceanside, CA 92054. Our coverage area’s include the Southern California counties of: San Diego, Orange, Los Angeles, and the western half of Riverside and San Bernardino.

 

Appraisals available for properties with a transaction value up to $1,000,000. Transaction value means loan amount or extension of credit.

 

Payment options are: Cash, Check, Money Order, All Major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and PayPal. * To pay for a Real Estate or Machinery/Equipment Appraisal using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal please click on "Pay for an Appraisal" link located on our Appraisalxsite Homepage. This will direct you to a PayPal Secure webpage. Please remember a 3% service charge is being added to the total appraisal fee being paid. This 3% service charge will appear as the shipping and handling charge on the payment invoice. If you have any questions or concerns please give us a call directly at 760-722-5345. Fee for returned checks is $25, plus any additional fees incurred as a result of the debit from our bank.

In the event homeowner is a "no show" for a pre-set appointment, the fee will need to be collected prior to the next appointment.
